All custom, made-to-order and ready to wear jewelry are unique in their own way and created to its original design. If you need items resized or repaired, please contact me for more details and an estimate.


PAYMENT OPTIONS
There are several options for you to pay for your purchases.

ShopPay

  • ShopPay is powered by Shopify, allowing you to pay with multiple credit cards during checkout. You can also use GooglePay, ApplePay.

ShopPay Installments (AFFIRM)

  • Pay in four easy installments using the Shop Pay Installments, in partnership with Affirm. You'll have four equal payments due every two weeks with no hidden fees.

PayPal

  • Selecting the PayPal option will take you to the PayPal site to complete your payment. 

AFTERPAY Installments

  • 4 EASY PAYMENTS: Pay for your purchase in four interest-free installments (due every two weeks).
  • NOTHING EXTRA TO PAY: Always zero interest, never additional fees when you pay on time.
  • INSTANT APPROVAL DECISION: No long forms (yay!). You’ll know if you’re approved instantly and your order will ship as usual.

SALES TAX
Virginia residents pay 6% sales tax (more or less based on your county/city location) 


FABRICATION TIMES + SHIPPING
Made-To-Order jewelry, Read-To-Wear, Custom Commissions + Wholesale Orders ships weekly on Tuesday's and Friday's only.

For made-to-order Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for fabrication + an additional 2 - 4 days for shipping (6 - 21 days international shipping time).

Ready to Wear jewelry ships 1-3 business days from paid order (Tuesday's and Friday's).

Custom Jewelry: These requests take longer to fabricate. Once a design is approved for fabrication, - can take one to nine months. Once completed, custom jewelry ships within 3 business days. See below CUSTOM/COMMISSION REQUESTS for additional information.

Shipping times my vary due to Federal holidays and inclement weather.

 

US Domestic Mail

We offer a variety of ways to ship your order. We currently ship with carries UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on location. Complimentary shipping on orders over $150.

    • Priority Mail: Arrives 1 - 3 business days
    • Express Mail: Arrives within 1 day
  • UPS**
    • Ground: Arrives 1–5 business days
    • 2 Day Air: Arrives within 2 business days
    • 1 Day Overnight: Arrives within 1 business day

 

Canadian Mail - Shipping rates are calculated based on location.

  • Flat Rate USPS First Class: Usually arrives within 6–21 business days**
  • Upgrade for USPS Priority Mail: Usually arrives 6 - 12 business days**
  • Please contact me for expedited/overnight shipping options for a quote.

 

International Mail - Shipping rates are calculated based on location.

  • Flat Rate USPS First Class: Usually arrives within 6–21 business days**

**Please note: Cindy Liebel Jewelry LLC is not responsible for any other fees, loss or damage to packages for domestic and international (due to customs) shipments. This also includes US and Canada shipments. We will, however, make sure your purchases are packaged securely to prevent damage. If you do not receive your package, please contact the local carrier to whom your package has been shipped.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Our goal is to offer you an authentic, handcrafted accessory. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me prior to returning the unworn item(s) in the same condition received within 7 days of receiving your order. I will gladly exchange or refund your item(s), as long as the item has been shipped back within the time frame mentioned. There will be a refund loss if the returned jewelry isn't shipped within the time allotted and a store credit will be issued to use for future purchases. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Rings are made to order and cannot be returned. I suggest making sure of your ring size prior to purchase at a local  jeweler in your area to insure your proper ring size. You can also purchase the ring sizing gauge.

Please note: one-of-a-kind jewelry, rings purchased in-person, discounted items, pieces that have been resized, and all custom and personalized items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit. Please contact me if you need more information or have questions. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance fees on items being returned for exchanges and repairs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International purchases, outside of the U.S. and Canada, are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

RESIZE
All handcrafted rings purchased from Cindy Liebel Jewelry LLC are eligible for resizing for an additional cost that will be determined based on the style and size of the ring. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend including tracking and/or insurance when shipping. Proof of purchase is required for all resizing.

If you're unsure of your ring size, order a ring sizing gauge online.

 

LOSE A MATCHING EARRING?
We will gladly replace the matching earring loss, the cost is half the current price plus shipping. Our current online catalog includes the option to purchase matching pair.

 

DISCOUNT CODES
All discount codes only apply to Made-to-Order or ready-to-ship jewelry and cannot be applied to custom commissions. Discount Codes are given a set period to be used. Anniversary codes cannot be shared, can only be used once per customer and must be used within 20 days from date of first email. All discount codes can only apply to online orders, i.e. new email subscriber, etc at cindyliebel.com

 

SPECIAL DESIGNER PROMOTIONS
All designer-specific items are non-refundable. It cannot be combined with any other offer and can not be added retroactively. All designer specials are final sale. Excludes custom orders.

 

eGift Cards + Store Credits
All digital gift cards at CLJ do not expire. Store credit and digital gift cards can only be used for online purchases at cindyliebel.com. (By law, if not used after five years from purchase date, if you choose to not use your digital gift cards, give them as a gift, otherwise, any unused portion can be void after that time). 

 

CUSTOM/COMMISSION REQUESTS
Interested in custom jewelry? Let's discuss what you have in mind. A design fee is required, which will be applied to your final total if you choose to continue with the custom project. Complete the commissions inquiry form or contact me to discuss your personal design idea.
